Who makes your items?

All of my items are handmade by me. When you place an order, I will spend my time making the perfect item customized exactly how you ordered it.

What is your processing time?

Most items will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days and sent via USPS. There are a few larger items that are more custom order and will take 7-10 business days to ship. These are noted in the description. If processing times are taking longer than this, it will be included in the shop announcements.

Please note that I can not make USPS ship things faster or guarantee that packages will get there at a certain time. I will do everything I can to help you work with USPS if something goes wrong, but can not immediately offer a refund until USPS has done everything they can. Please be patient with your deliveries, especially around the holidays.

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges on items. But if an item happens to come to you damaged, please let me know. It is my goal to always have happy customers.
